I purchased thru website. Never received item, no contact from seller, contact emails returned as no good. Had to file claims with Paypal and Credit Card company. Others having same issue, look at other posts on ezypal's forum.

Obviously if the product registration code was not enter the product download will not appear. We have clarify this to the user on these cases.
