Source code: we provide full source code, except for some license files and core know-how libs. Incomplete features: seems Mr. Hines could not locate them. In spite of the fact I saw the review by Mr. Hines everywhere on the web (and by the way he seems to be the only one active reviewer, which also seems strange) I decided to purchase this software in October. Well I can not confirm all the horrid facts listed in negative reviews, I got the software immediately, it was installed for me and even the server was set up (I did not have GDLIB2). So I must admit the support is professional. I can do nothing but thank the company.

Great software, even greater support!I can only disagree with the bad comments. i have been treated kindly and now I get updates at their member's area every week. I love this software and will never switch to any other.

If you're 100% happy with the package as is, then this one could be for you. The installation is easy and the admin features are self-explanitory.
But who uses a script 100% "as is"?
Unfortunately this is where it falls over as making changes is next to impossible unless it's minor cosmetic alterations. There are plenty of free scripts that will do it all and let you make changes easily - a very dated functionality concept

Well, am not sure why one has to use any ABK-Soft script as is. We got a special team who make alterations to the software at minor prices starting with 50 dollars. They are called ABK-Experts (the site is called the same). Also the script is open source except several license and lib files, which is natural. So your programmers can make the changes as well.
