NOMODOMO is actually two scripts. One is driven by HTML form on your site to allow users to subscribe and unsubscribe to various mailing lists. The other script is a very easy to use and powerful administrative management tool. If MajorDomo is not available to you, or too much of a hassle- this could be just the script for you.

and this one especially. I had to setup an easy way for visitors to leave their email address, which would be stored in a simple text file. This script did just the trick.
