This product worked perfectly just "Out of box" (in fact, out of the mail). We needed a server-side mailing list solution that supports HTML e-mails. This product met our requirements and more. The customer support is the best I have seen for this type of product. They helped me to install and customize the product and helped me to do the migration from my old mailing system (one of the guys has even written an php script to do the migration).
Another plus is that you get free upgrades. They send you e-mails with complete explanation how to do the upgrades whic makes the upgrade process easier.

First, I must applaud the team on a fine product. I researched all over for something that was very specific to my goal, but yet versatile enough and portable enough to be safe and easy to use by my own team. I checked out several packages, installed the demos, only to discover that none of them had as many features, or as many safety checks, as Octeth. I deal with a list of 400,000+ people, this is by no means a small list, very robust and very active. Also, to make things even more challenging, my list is not in English, so OEMP's multi-language support was absolutely crucial to my goal. I run Qmail with big concurrency patch, this combined with Octeth means that my little tiny server (not even a pentium!) can burn through this list in a few hours. With Octech I gained an extremely professional quality platform that my team uses for research, business and even fun (valentine's cards to 400,000 people is cool!). I recommend it to anyone, and, honestly, raising the price wouldn't hurt, in my opinion it's too cheap compared to the quality.

At first, i tried to get used to OEMP too much because of it's complicated user interface but now, i am one of it's fan!!! Great product and service!!! Team also informed me that new user interface is on the way! Well, what can i say, i paid $210 for it and now happy with it! Sending newsletter to my 96,000 members is very easy. I suggest OEMP to anyone who is looking for a professional solution.

OEMP is a fantastic solution to manage any tipe of mailing lists. It's features allows the user to integrate a suscription form, to send e-mail campaigns easily and fast, to set a database with the member's information, and much more. It has everything you'll need to administrate mailing lists in a profesional and intuitive way. The software has been on the front page of our computer magazine, MasterMagazine, because of it's potencial, and after making several tests we decided to rate it 9.4/10.

I read the comments written in here and can not understand why people can not use OEMP.I am using it since 3 months and very happy with it. Email content URL fetching,member management,real time email sending stats, subscription,recipient statistics,everything works correctly. I send 65,000 emails every 5 days and i don't have any problems.OEMP is a good software.Compare them with other competiting ones and you will see.Which software is in the market since 5 years other than OEMP in category?

I am running an email campaign portal which is based on OEMP. My problems
with the older 'competiting' software is ended once i switched my system to
OEMP 7 months ago. My database consists of appr. 650,000 members and my clients are sending over 2 millions of unique emails every day by hiring
opt-in email addresses from my database. I must say that OEMP fits to my system structure very well. Good designed software, good support. I encourage them to continue their successful OEMP series.

I am impressed with oemPro v3.3 and it's features! Well, in my opinion it worths every penny... Installation is completed in just 5 minutes... The only thing that i got shocked is, it's total size on my server... It is consuming around 7MBytes... I am quite satisfied with it and it's unique features. I can track reads, links, forwards, manage my members and clients. It is a real professional solution. Support is extremely helpful but document should be improved. Finally, i give 10*** out of 10 to this high quality email marketing software... Looking for the future versions... Thanks!

I am using oemPro since 1 1/2 years and two months ago, they have released a wonderful new version: v3.3. Since v3.3, i can say that it is unique in this market! There were problems in the previous versions (at least for me) but i see that all problems have been fixed in this new version. Octeth mentioned that v3.3 is completely developed from the scratch. It has great features, stable and robust! I liked their new content management based newsletters template feature and recursive scheduling. Good work guys! I encourage you to try Octeth and oemPro. I look forward for your new amazing products ;)
