SendEmail is a lightweight, completly command line based, SMTP email program. If you have the need to send email from a command prompt this tool is perfect. It supports attachments, multiple To, CC, and Bcc recipients, SMTP AUTH, custom message headers, and many other features. It was designed to be used in bash scripts, Perl programs, and web sites, but it is also quite useful in many other contexts. SendEmail is written in Perl and is unique in that it requires NO SPECIAL MODULES. It has a straight forward interface, making it very easy to use.

Roving webmasters can send personal emails, using Sendmail, from their own website. The World Wide Email Verifier will verify a list of email addresses with a DNS query. This will check the validity of the domain name in the email address. Works on the command line (not through your browser). This script should filter up to 80% of invalid email addresses.

The World Wide ProxEmail 1.0 script will allow you to use your servers mail server without revealing your PC's IP address in your mailings. For example, if you use mass mailing software from your PC and you connect to your SMTP server to send mail with this software, most of the time, the IP address of your PC is included in the mail headers. This IP can be used to file SPAM complaints against you to your ISP or also allow attacks to be launched against your IP address. You can also use this with mail programs such as Outlook and Eudora.

Once detected, the postage is checked against the receipt server of Centipaid.com to insure that the the proper payment has been made. Centipaid.com can process electronic postage as low as $0.001. The idea of this filter came about as another method to control the growing problem of SPAM, which was proposed by the Adaptive Mail Delivery Protocol (AMDP).
