I've never had a problem with customer support. Kenny and Co. have always responded in a timely maner and did help me out a lot with installing and reinstalling of NePHP. The only problem is that they can't keep their promises regarding new releases. They will promise a new release and then it would happen months later.

Poor customer service, documentation with errors and ommissions, difficult to use and unhappy customers on their hidden forum.

The visitor rating for this product on Hotscripts is absolutely unbeleivable given that the official nePHP customer forum has many comments to the contrary.

Think very, very carefully before you decide to purchase this product as there is a no refund policy.
