I have worked with many CMS's and TYPOlight is the best for accessibility, feature set, usability & community/support. Stand out features are: live update of system software, accessible strict layouts, front/back-end user permissions/groups, mooTools for accordions & pop-ups, wysiwyg editor, css editor, form generator, table editor, search engine friendly, versioning/undo, time-released content, edit multiple records simultaneously.
TYPOlight is a solid, feature-rich CMS. Highly recommended!
