TYPOlight is an Open Source Content Management Framework that specializes in accessible websites and is accessible itself (frontend and backend!). Its open API makes it possible to extend the system and to customize its functionality. TYPOlight uses XHTML and CSS to render pages meeting W3C requirements and provides a powerfull CSS engine to manage style sheets.

I have worked with many CMS's and TYPOlight is the best for accessibility, feature set, usability & community/support. Stand out features are: live update of system software, accessible strict layouts, front/back-end user permissions/groups, mooTools for accordions & pop-ups, wysiwyg editor, css editor, form generator, table editor, search engine friendly, versioning/undo, time-released content, edit multiple records simultaneously.

TYPOlight is a solid, feature-rich CMS. Highly recommended!
