PHP Ping

A PHP based pinging script with an unlimited amount of systems that can be added to the database for pinging whenever desired. E-mail notifications when servers are down is also possible. All that is needed is system running PHP and mySQL.

PHP Pinger allows you allows you to effortless enable your applications to send Internet Control Message Protocol (Ping/ICMP) packets in .NET. Programmatically ping a remote server, host, route, or any network device to see if it is up. PHP Pinger is used to programmatically ping hosts on a network. A 'Ping' is a technique for sending an ICMP (Internet Control Message Protocol) packet(s) to a remote host. This script allows you to ping any host (domain or IP) to see wheather it is online or offline. It can optinally display the ping time in milliseconds to the host.

Vz Ping is a simple but useful script to find out which machines are connected to the LAN opening a simple web page.
