Coverting MS Access database to Text file

Hi! Please help me - I need to convert MS Access database file into .txt file, so that without going into MS Access, I can directly export the databse into text form. If possible then do provide me any script in ASP, so that it can be incorporated into the website, and the work can be done automatically.

Thanx in advance to all those, without whom this cannot be done.
