Change images within flash

Ok, I've searched the web, but wasn't able to find the answer to my problem. I am trying to create a flash, where the background images changes when you click on different buttons.

I will have an image that starts as the flash background, with numbers along the bottom. I want to make those numbers links, which will change the image within the flash instead of loading a new window.

How would I go about doing this? I use adobe flash cs4

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
