using scripts in Rapidweaver

Hello.

I'm new to web design and i have started building my website on Rapidweaver. I want to add some of these free scripts to my website but i dont know how and where to add them because everything i do is in the rapidweaver program so i dont know if i should copy the scripts to an html page in Rapidweaver.
