Hi all, I'm looking for a free PHP script that allows me to manage a system similar to e.g. the firefox extension page.

the idea being: I and/or other registered users create a record (consisting into a .zip file, one image and brief description), uploading relevant files so that internet users can download it.
A possibility to rate the record would be nice to have.
Are you aware of any free script that does this?
