On the images when they submit it i need them to be resized to 150x200

when they press submit i need it to go to my server the file. and go up on my site to the category they chose.

What i mean by upload thing is the thing that pops up so you can browse for the file on yor computer

Now here come the trickey part.
It needs to have a login system that contects to my forum, I have IPB 2.0

Most of this can be made in Dreamweaver, I can create most of the forms but I don't know how to make them work...

Also I need a admin part that will let me delete files and etc.
