Google Infograph API
Images generated via Google Infograph API The infographics server returns an image in response to a URL GET or POST request. All the data required to create the graphic is included in the URL, including the image type and size. For example, copy and paste the following URL in your browser:

goo.gl allows you to track, in real-time, the clicks and referrers on any shortened URL. if you need make use of this feature you will need to apply to a Google API Key to Create new key:
- Go to http://code.google.com/apis/console/ and login
- Go to service on left menu
- Pick URL shortener service and activate it
- Then see on api access for API key
- Finally open qr-code.php
- Replace line12 $google_api = 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX';
with your key e.g. $google_api = '123456789123456789123456789123456789';

QR codes include an error correction scheme which comes with a certain overhead. Four levels of error correction are available - the more error-resistant the code, the more rows/columns of pixels are needed:
Lcopes with up to 7% data loss
Mcopes with up to 15% data loss
Qcopes with up to 25% data loss
Hcopes with up to 30% data loss
