There is nothing Powerful about CScart! Their script is not worth the money, it will slow down your servers, loaded with bugs and spywares. Most features will not work as advertised. Help is very hard to get and I am uninstalling this lousy script today. Buyers be aware.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

If you really want to experience the worst support you should use this script, they are totally unprofessional, even if you get the paid support they will reply back after days with other requests, and solutions also they will always push things toward your hosting service, and your server administrator then you will figure out that they don't know what kind of error they are dealing with. Honestly it is an excellent script with great features, but with the worst support ever.
