DeltaScripts PHP Uptime Monitor

This script is made for server owners that want to provide themself and all of their customers with information about uptime for all kinds of ports and services. It is perfect for webhosting companies offering dedicated servers or normal hosting. Every 5 minute (configurable), a script will open a connection agains the server/services that each client has requested. If the system is down once, it will not warn. But if the system is down again, it will notify your client (or yourself) through either SMS or Email.
