I have been using LR as part of SupportSuite for a while and I am overall very satisfied with it. It does all you need from a customer chat app, is well-developed and nicely supported. Have to say Kayako support team is very professional, nice and friendly, and they always go above and beyond, not resorting to canned answers when you have a problem. I wanted to put 4.5, but there's no such mark, so I am adding half a point in anticipation of the v.4 release of the SupportSuite :). Way to go, Kayako, make sure we get those new features:-).
