This is one of the best site's I've been to that offers free remotely hosted phpbb forums. The best things about netfreehost is that the it has tons of styles, and the advertisement is at bottom. Which makes the fourm look more stylish. So if your looking for a good remotely hosted phpbb forum netfreehost is the way to go.
When you goto their site, it says the free account is 50 MB Web Space, 5 GB Monthly Transfers, PHP 4.3.10 Support, MySQL 4.0.20 Support, and all these great things! But, when u sign up for the free account... all you get is 50 MB Space, 500 MEGS TRANSFERS, no PHP, and no MySQL. What they dont say is you have to post in their forums to get the upgrades. I wasnt to happy about that, but it is free service. I started posting and got 10 posts to upgrade my account to 50 Megs Space, and 1000 Megs transfer... took a few days to upgrade, but once again.... it's free service. Now.... my webpage is coded in all PHP. Bizhat tricks you again and says you need 20 posts to enable PHP support. Very aggravated, I kept posting to get my 20 posts. After you get the 20 posts, u have to post on the forum and tell the admin to upgrade your account. I've posted several times on the forum (different days) asking them to upgrade my account with PHP support, but I havent got a response in 6 days now. I check the forums everyday, and also post a reply every other day asking admin to upgrade my account. Still no upgrade or response! Not happy at all with bizhat!
