Responseque is awesome if you have a ton of different sites and you need to provide customer support on them. The really cool thing is that you can put these help widgets everywhere on any page and even across multiple domains. When someone asks a question you know exactly what page they are asking the question from because responseque displays the url. This is great because it adds context. The other unrivaled feature is it's automatic caching function that saves both the question and your answer then automatically returns the answer to the help widget if the question is asked ever again. This has saved me a lot time because i would say generally speaking the questions that i get from my sites are the same. If you manage a ton of webpage and you want an efficient affordable customer service solution i defiantly recommend responseque.
