  Great cart for serious shops

  ModPC as it sits today is the culmination of over 2 years of hard work, sweat and tears. Through trial and error we have waded through 4 different shopping cart solutions in this time and now that we have settled with X-Cart it appears we have finally achieved what we set out to do. If only we had gone with X-Cart at the start. Other systems were either too full of bugs and security holes, had shocking inventory control or had next to no decent 3rd party developers available to do the custom work required to manage our inventory. X-Carts support is excellent. The system itself is extremely well finished. There's no feature bloat to complicate things and any feature you do not require can simply be turned of never to be seen again. After all our experiences with other systems 3rd party developers we can also confidently say that X-Cart has by far the most professional 3rd party modules, support and technical expertise. All in all it's been a very rewarding experience getting our business to where it is today. We just wish we'd started on the right foot from the beginning. With X-Cart.   Adding a "showcase" option to shopping cart

  I help run a web shop that's supported by the X-Cart folks. I recently needed an option added to my product descriptions. I wanted to be able to list and show a product without putting a price on it. Instead, I needed the "buy" button replaced with a contact form. Andreas Rozhnov over at X-Cart got busy on my request right away and turned out the perfect solution. He placed the showcase option on my product modification page and now I can simply check the box to have the item displayed without a price, plus buyers can click the contact button that automatically appears and be directed to a form. In my opinion, Andreas is the best, I rate him at five stars! By the way, this isn't the first time X-Cart has come to the rescue, they're always quick and inventive at solving problems, a top notch bunch of developers. Lynne

  Outstanding Support & soltware

  I have used Lite Commerce for about six years and I depend on their Support System to keep my cart running and up to date. My web site was recently hacked and my server shyt down by my host. I was left hanging, until Qualiteam Support came to my rescue and got my site back on line. Their Qualiteam Team Support is outstand in my opinion.

  I work with x-cart since version 1. Over the years qualiteam made several complete x-cart projects (design + integration + modifications). The technical support is excellent. They create all modifications i need. Theyb even can install 3rd party software. Qualiteam can work directly in your x-cart live store without any downtime. The server experts always keep our servers up to date. We dont rent servers, we own our servers and it is qualiteam who does all the upgrades and patches to keep them going on 100% power. If you want a perfect and complete shop cart, then x-cart is the way to go. We run 7 x-cart shops with success for many years.

  First class product and support

  Xcart offers the most advanced shopping cart software available today its as customisable as you want it to be or can work straight out of the box. I see lots of negative reviews about the product and the support and most of it is complete nonesense, people who claim to be php developers yet they claim the software is not opensource! if they really knew what they where doing they would know that the software can do anything you want it to do, i have 8 sites in xcart and have had complete freedom to modifiy them and make them exact to my needs. Problem is people slagging off a product because they dont know how to modify it or how the smarty template engine works or understand javascript profgramming, dont nock the product because you dont have the knowledge to edit it. There are many templates out there and modifications to further extend xcart if you do not have the knowledge to further develop it yourself. I recently had a problem with chrom browsers not completing orders correctly and had spent many hours in vein trying to resolve this issue. xcart support went over and above to diagnose and fix the issue which was actually caused by a bug in chrome not by xcart. 10 out of 10 for xcart and i will continue to develop sites for clients on this platform. Bottom line if you are not a experienced developer you shouldnt be trying to modify php/tpl/javascript code for a site that will be used for ecommerce, if you dont have experience you are no doubt going to run into problems and thats not xcarts fault its your own.
