reducedcomplexity newsMan is a powerful filebased newsscript - no MySQL needed. Features: easy to use, capable of multiple users with userprofiles, three different userlevels, completely webbased administration, capable of multiple categories, easy backup and archiving function, ubb code, output of news is customizable using css and the admin panel. Also available is an optional commentfunction and the possibility to set different languages (easily editable language files for german and english). In work is a searchfunction for the archive. Right now there is a fully working alpha version available.
