cWhois is a PHP script that can check the availability of a domain name and if required retrieve the registration details. cWhois works with over 400 domain extensions such as .com, .co.uk, .ro, .name, .de etc. Supports IDN and DAS required by some whois servers. Max's Whois is a semi professional domain whois script which allows you to check domain availability before registration. The script supports the most important tlds like .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .name, ... A list of almost 100 tlds are included as well. Installation and setup is very simple. You only need to upload the files to your webserver and set the relevant tlds. The script is written in PHP using object oriented design. The frontend uses CSS so changing the style is very simple as well. An example code is attached to the installation package.

This handy script will add a domain check and whois search facility for ugandan TLD such as .co.ug, .ac.ug, .sc.ug, .or.ug, .ne.ug and the other international TLDs such as com, net, org, biz ,info, co.uk it will print the results into any document or webpage that you specify so will fit nicely into the outlook of your site. There is provision as well for you to forward users to a signup page should they require to purchase the domain.
It now checks for the whois server less .co.za domain as well inproved code cleanup and popup window result display versions now available

This whois script will act as an ordinary whois script, returning whois information natively on about 200 different extensions with the ability to add more. It also acts as a whois script for registrars who can pass available domains into a billing system for customers to order. These two modes contain a multitude of features: price table, automatic alternative domain searches, ability to pass the full domain and/or extension (tld) to another script, backup nameservers, domain search logging, multiple extension (tld) and domain searches at one time, query limit bypass, custom keyword and query formats for each nameserver, enable/disable nameservers and/or extensions, custom currency support, Internationalized Domains (IDN) support, contact querying support, image verification, whois protection, query caching, and much more. All of the configuration can be edited from within control panel. Template driven and easy for one to edit almost every element of the display to fit any website.

A free domain name whois lookup php script, that looks up the whois information of a domain provided.
The domain name TLDs supports by default are .com, .org, .net, .info, .name, .biz, .cc, .co.uk, .me.uk, .org.uk, with the option to add additional ones.
