Thin Image Upload

Thin Image Upload is a drag and drop image uploader for embedding in Web pages. It features the ability to resize images on the client side. Files that are not images can be filtered out to save bandwidth. The applet is equipped with a progress monitor that can display a thumbnail of each image while it is in transit. Thin Upload is compatible with all popular server side scripting/programming languages such as PHP, Perl, ASP.NET etc.

This is a free, hosted utility that reads a .gif file, extracts the colors, then allows you to supply your CSS colors (sed extraction script provided), and generates sed commands to change the colors in your CSS files to match those of the image. You can use it to quickly map a design comp's colors into an application skin, or take a screenshot of an existing site and map them into your CSS files. There is a demo running that allows you to upload an image and see it mapped into a b2evolution blog skin. Be sure to make a backup of your CSS files before running the generated commands. Requisite skills and access: * Very comfortable with Linux * SSH access Notes: * Assumes the design is in the CSS files (not .htm or .php) * Not intended to replace hand-coding, it serves as a first pass at substituting in new colors * Works best when the map is close to a one-to-one relationship, colors are lost if the image has many more colors than the skin

An easy to use program that merges a graphic into another graphic to create a mark of selected transparency. It is designed to be used in conjunction with other graphic software, using a global hotkey. It has, deliberately, limited functionality as a stand alone utility. It is WYSIWYG and the watermark can be easily selected, moved, resized and rotated with options for transparency and positioning. A global hotkey can be selected and registered using the options window. Using the hotkey when in another graphics program, will copy the open graphic to watermarkLITE where it will be marked in accordance with the selected options, then copied back to thje original program.
