The Flash Photo Manager will automatically resize the images locally to 400 x 300 px, before uploading them to your folder specified in the settings file. This reduces server load/usage as the client does the resizing before uploading the image. The Flash Photo Manager checks which files already exist and places them in the Flash Photo Manager allowing the user to re-order the images simply by dragging the image to another taken slot.
