    Unfortunatly, I have to agree with tl cheung's review. This used to be a great product but I've received ZERO replies to numerous emails and online submissions. The last response I received was on 1/08. I purchased my first license back in 2005 and any issues were handled promptly for the first two years. Because of this, I can no longer recommend this product and I have removed all links from my websites. BTW - it has issues with PHP 5.3x.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    This could be a great program, the interface is beautiful. but they lie about not needing to know programing and their knowledge base/tutorials are very unclear and buggy. As far as i can tell they is absolutely NO customer support -- I get automated responses to my questions but no actually response. Very disappointing because I could see this product as being on of the best form generators around - if they would just fix the bugs and hire a few support people.
