For starters the forum is broken. Next if you go into the demo, you will see "100 Account" This mean after you have 100 visitors commenting, the script locks the 101 out. You need to pay monthly for adding more than 100 accounts. This is misleading as the script developer boast "free."

Thanks for voicing your concerns: 1) The issue with the forum has been rectified. 2) The 100 comment per month limit was a feature of earlier versions of DoComments and has now been removed. Your DoComments purchase means that an unlimited number of visitors can post an unlimited number of comments.
