Launchpad allows users to create their own personal start pages. LaunchPad allows a user to customize the links on his start page while the website owner/ISP retains control over everything else. The website owner/ISP can use the space for advertising and give the user access to support services, search engines, etc. In addition, its administrative tools allow you to check the number of hits to each advertisement that you have set up, check the number of total hits to the script and view the number of users on the system.
