    This script comes with complete, easy to understand upgrading instructions (which I needed!). Before upgrading to the pro version I had a few questions and received the BEST customer service! My emails were answered right away and I'm very happy with my purchase. The script does exactly what I was asking for and more.

    Having 'made do' with an older script for quite a while I just found clients wanted more that I could offer. Things like confirm email and results in a csv format were regularly being asked for. This script was just the ticket and at about £30 I was more than happy to pay for the pro version.

    Just a note to state how much I love this form! I use this form on some client's websites and when I run into any issues (human error on my part) Jesse is right there walking me through my errors. If you haven't bought the Pro version, I recommend you to do so because you'll be able to do much more with the Pro than the standard. I plan to use it on more websites too. For the cost...it has saved me tons of time and money! Get yours now! Kathy

    Hi. I am a novice website builder, and use my e-commerce website as a source of additional income. One of the challenges I faced when putting my website together - was how to do a contact form that would not turn my website into a Spam Generation machine from all the rogue Spam Robots out there.
