This CMS allows users (administrative and standard) to be created. Users have the ability to post, edit and delete there own content, and administrators have the power to do the same to every ones news items. It also has a feature called `News Approval` where the administrator has the ability to approve news items before they can be displayed in the listing. The news posting system, gives users the ability to change the colour of the background and four ground, and also add a image or other file. H2O-CMS uses MySQL as its back-end database. The CMS also has a user massage box, each use is able to post messages to there friends, and administrators can broadcast messages as well as send them to single users
