You can also send template based email to one or more members (with multiple conditions) making Sitelok a powerful way to keep in touch. Everything the user sees is 100% customizable. We have a wide range of free and paid for add ons for the new plugin system too.Visit publisher site: Sitelok

We use Sitelok for several sites, the most important being our Spanish instruction website, where we cannot afford to have problems. I replaced a very popular membership system with Sitelok, and we are so, so happy with the results and the entire experience. Adrian Jones is the best online software provider/supporter I have ever dealt with. Sitelok is extremely flexible. I actually love working with it! I can't think of one instance where Sitelok limited something I wanted to do with PHP or HTML or some design, whereas I had not only bugs but numerous code conflicts with our former membership product. But I can think of plenty of instances where everything has gone perfectly. Obviously I am a satisfied customer, and I really appreciate and admire the solid code and many considerations by Adrian to MAINTAIN a wonderful product. There have been a few obscure bugs or suggestions that I submitted, and every single time Adrian has taken them seriously and has always taken prompt action if necessary. It is quite exciting to work with someone (across the ocean) of this quality. I would never - ever - even consider switching to another membership product, so I hope Adrian lives to be 100 and stays in this business.
I needed a robust and flexible Security framework for an application being developed in the Property Sector. The application requires multiple User types with wide ranging User Group rights and payment options. And of course all the usual logon/registration facilities. And it needed to be simple to use yet flexible enough to be real. After a lot of research I chose Sitelok. The product was better than my expectations. Flexible, easy to configure and well documented. In fact so well documented you could spend an evening reading the manual which is really well put together. But the real benefits really started when I got into trouble. And let’s face we all do. The Author (Adrian) is absolutely brilliant. Support is near instant and it does not matter if it’s day or evening. A big thank you! Every issue addressed in a friendly, helpful and clearly interested way. I can say without hesitation this purchase was one of my best purchasing decisions.
I was in search of a membership locking php program that would install quickly, be easy to set up and stand the test of time. Well look no farther because Sitelok is the only horse in this race. I tried several others that claimed to be easy to install and setup, well that was a was further from the truth. After fumbling with these other programs and trying to get tech support from there authors, well lets just say it was like pulling wisdom teeth. After days of frustration i decided to give sitelok a try and presto!!! Worked like a charm, and the few issues that I had, were quickly taken care of by Adrian over at tech support. And on a Saturday evening above everything else. Best Tech support I have ever seen. Product was totally professional and the user MANUAL, and let me say MANUAL again, was so complete that even a novice like me with PHP was astounded by the ease of installation and setup. If you need a membership login script, please look no further. Sitelok is the only show in town.
Sitelok went above and beyond the advertisement. I am no PHP scriptologist and luckily I didn't need to be. When I did run into a problem I was amazed at the speed and expertise of the tech that contacted me within an hour of my help request. The main reason I was amazed was because I sent the request on a Friday night and didn't expect a reply until Monday. Adrian worked with me throughout the weekend to adjust a file security problem I was having. I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge Adrian displayed during our 2 day journey. I would recommend this software to anyone wanting a versatile login script at a very affordable price. I am also planning on purchasing additional licenses for a few other sites I have.
I picked this up nearly five years ago, and dollar-for-dollar, it's been an amazing buy. I use it to run a membership site with 8K users, and the thing has never broken down. Since the script is unencrypted, very simple, full of little APIs and functions, and very transparent, it's been easy to customize my site with little hacked-together bits of PHP. On another note, the support is fantastic-- Adrian, the script author, is *very* helpful and responsive. SUGGESTIONS: It would be cool if some .css templates were added... but that's not really all that important. Anyway, I'm still pretty shocked that this script cost less than $50. Around the same time I got this one, I bought some others at 2x and 3x and 4x the price, and those ones I later ditched and/or don't use much... Oh, yeah-- I actually went back and purchased another copy of this script, for a different site, a couple of years ago...
