Fix for Internet Explorer ActiveX Update

From April 2006, an update to Internet Explorer will mean that all pages containing flash movies, java applets and other embedded active X controls, need to be updated as regards the way in which they are integrated into the web page. This conversion utility allows web designers to convert pages in seconds, without worrying about the technical details involved.
