    Brought 5 & only downloaded 1. Tested the movie immediately. Lots of error messages. Template's buttons, symbols & layers are not labeled. Diffcult to personalize (MX 7). FAQ support is lacking to trouble shoot my problem. Requested a refund after spending 8 hrs to exercise "not as describe" on the user agreement. I feel ignored because I haven't received a response. Can't respect a company that doesn't honor it terms. I can't use them, have nothing to upload and can't get my money back. UGH!
