  • I do not make it a habit giving out praise as I have met some crooks over the past 20 years whilst in the Server & Hosting business; who have offered me scripts to buy and then took my money and I have never heard from them again.. One of these sadly is Autopilot. PLEASE DO NOT BUY AUTOPILOT SOFTWARE As it took me nearly 2 years before They answered my emails but was quick in taking my money. With WHMCS I have had the very best ever after care with these people… And they have always answered my questions very quickly the same day as now I am that Impressed with the staff at WHMCS that I have bought 2 licenses and no longer worry about my customers not getting the best service I can give thanks to all the Guys at The Web Host Manager who will go miles out of their way to make sure You Also Have The Best Service They Can Offer!

  • I am new to WHMCS and while the docs and tutorials are good, there are always questions. These are handeled exceptionally efficiently by their staff and it makes using a new product an absolute pleasure. WELL DONE - great product; great service!

  • I have been using WHMCS for over 4 years now. First it was excellent software and great support. Now 4 years later I can only state the quality went downhill. Also the support is really getting disappointing. Tickets remain unanswered and when you do get an answer, you are getting referred to the forums or to the wiki?! I bought a Unbranded Owned License, so I should get the support I need. Like a lot of companies, they start out great, but over the years they are going downhill. Really disappointing.

  • We have been using WHMCS for 2 years now, and switching from Modernbill was the best decision our company has made. WHMCS has gone from strength to strength whilst MB seems to have gone downhill.

    First of all the software is easy to use and intuitive; it's pretty obvious what everything does and that's backed up by comprehensive online documentation that explains all the functions. Not only that but it is fast! We were considering upgrading our server with our previous software, but WHMCS has saved us a tidy sum - staff and customers noticed the speed improvement instantly.

    WHMCS does what it says on the tin; takes payments, sets up accounts, registers domains and chases up clients when they don't pay (including automated suspension, renewal and self-cancellation). Furthermore it has a great support ticket system, knowledgebase and downloads section to rival standalone support products. It is also completely templated, meaning we have been able to flawlessly integrate it with our website, our former program had to be messily hacked into some sort of design resembling our website.

    Finally, the product support is outstanding! New releases are generally made every quarter, introducing new and helpful features that community feedback has suggested; multicurrency is a godsend. We have created 58 tickets so far and each one received a response within a few hours, at all times of the day, night and weekends. This is incredible considering there is no SLA, and it's reassuring to know you are speaking with the developers....all included in the price. It's certainly a refreshing change from our previous suppliers (from whom we are still awaiting a response for a ticket we opened 2 1/2 years ago incidentally)

    If you aren’t using WHMCS for your internet business, why not!?

  • Hello, I have tried many other products out there that do a simular job to WHMCS (which stands for WHM Complete Solutions[WHM is Web Host Manager, the back end for cPanel Control Panels]). In the past I have tried 3 other similar programs, and none were as easy to setup and integrate than WHMCS. I bought a Owned version, and also the Mobile Admin version, and also paid for their customization service. The purchase and installation was very easy, and their customization service, was excellent. Even when I changed my mind a couple of times, it was not a issue for them to make the changes. Now to me, as I am not a programmer, and very little knowledge on stuff like, that, the BEST thing about WHMCS is their SUPPORT!!!! The other three programs that I have used, all stated superior support, but WHMCS leaves them all for dead. Matt and his team are excellent, nothing has been too big of a problem for them. To me the main thing about any program, is the level of support behind the brand, and with WHMCS you can not go wrong. Even when a issue I had was not a WHMCS issue, they still helped me fix it, and all I can say about that is that Matt and his team, obviously care about their clients, and want to do what they can to help. Thanks WHMCS, great product, great service, great Support, could not recommend higher!!!!!!!!
