Pop-under windows are becoming increasing popular as a less intrusive alternative to popup windows. Use this script to add a pop-under window to your page. Updated to allow you to control the frequency of the pop under (either once per browser session, or every time page is loaded).

Modeless window remains active/visible on the user screen until explicitly dismissed.
