Smart Forms has more than 20 validation types and extra features that make using forms a better experience. The best practice of form validation involves two stages: 1) JavaScript validation since it is fast and it takes the load off the server; 2) Server-side validation since it does not depend on user's software and therefore it can not be bypassed. Smart Forms includes PHP script that performs exactly the same validation as JavaScript, so you can easily implement this scheme. Validation is based on data types (number, word, alphanumeric, date, e-mail, etc) and comparisons (including numeric, text length, and selected items count comparisons). Also, you can add extra features to the form, including character counters for textarea & input tags (this way, when you set length limitation you can let the user know how many character he/she has left), groups of fixed size fields such as year-month-day (when you enter 4-digit year the focus automatically shifts to the month field), etc......

Form Reminder lets you automatically remind your users the values they typed into your forms. It is super simple to install and you do not have to have auto complete browser feature enabled. You only have to paste one line of code in the pages that you want script installed. Form Reminder also supports RC4 Encryption of data and is very secure so data like passwords or email will be protected using this encryption. This was done by modifying the encryption so that it is made of numbers and letters eliminating binary data that can cause bugs to get into the browsers. Anyone that has ever developed a web-application will probably have been confronted with the frustrations of it's users, that if they leave the page without saving the data they have entered, it all will be lost.This script will end those frustrations!! When included in any page (with the script-tag) you can activate it once the page is loaded (with the onLoad event) to store the current 'states' of all the forms in the web-page. Then, when the user tries to leave the page, it will perform another check and if it appears the state of the form(s) have been altered (the user has changed some data), it will alert the user of this and give the possibility to cancel leaving the page It also provides a function with which you can submit any form without triggering this alert. And it also provides a possibility to exclude certain elements from the check (so they can be changed without triggering the warning)...

This script retrieves the title from option tags included in a form and display the title inside a div box at the bottom of the multiple combo. It uses the getElementById() function.

This Javascript based spell checker is capable of finding errors in your input fields with the ease of a few clicks. It supports embedded HTML tags ( as on WYSIWYG text editors) and can be configured to work on multiple languages. It also provides a grammar check option that allows you to find punctuation and capitalization errors in the same text. The spell checker does not require PHP, ASP or any server side language to run. The only requirement is to include an empty iframe that is loaded with the contents of a simple html page containing the words. The script can be configured to only attempt to load the words into the iframe once the user clicks on start the spell check (to allow for uninterruped loading of the webpage). A script to traverse a html form in the page, then generate the Insert SQL query and submits it to the server side script using Ajax. Useful in scenarios where many forms with a large number of input fields are involved.

A JS 'class' for cloning complex HTML blocks - automatically adds numbers and nesting suffixes to new clones, properly increments values of ID and NAME attributes in new clones, adds deletion links if needed, allows nesting clones within clones, adds event listeners to cloning links and clone deletion links, allows skipping some nodes from pattern blocks and setting maximum clones number for a given target - a lot of parameters you can modify, optional use of user functions for a better control over a cloning process.
