flashcoms products on the face of it are good but when you start looking at them more closely there are lots of loose ends not finished. they rush them onto the market to get some money in. their support is abysmal. if fact, their attitude to customer and potential customer can be quite offputting. if a customer wants a certain facility, he wants it. he doesnt want the software supplier to tell you that you don't want that. they have a US and UK phone number on their website but they just lead to answering machines, I believe it is a one man show that uses lots of different names to reply to emails, often 4 days aftrer they were sent. If you have an urgent problem its tough luck. They seem to be very secretive as to who they really are and where they really are. I believe them to actually be located in Eastern Europe (Serbia). Why do they need to be secretive ? What have they to hide ? One other thing I would mention, and i do not know the answer. Do their products contact their servers to check if the license is valid ? Of course they have the right to be paid for their products i don't advocate piracy, but what if you have paid and their server falls over for 4 days ? Or they go bankrupt
