  Excellent Script and Excellent Support

  I purchased the script almost a year ago. Installation was pretty straight forward and I was able to manage it myself even though I'm not a techo-geek. The author provides very good to excellent support on the forum or via a ticket system. Both the author and his team will do their best to make sure you get your issues resolved to your satisfaction. The other users on the forum are very helpful answering questions and providing modifications. While it may not happen every year since I bought the script there has been 3 updates fixing bugs and adding new features. Your license entitles you to free updates for 1 year which is a definite plus. The online manual and online demo really allow you to test the script from both the user and admin side to give you a true idea of what you can do with this script. The script is highly customizable and can be used for a number of different types of websites with discounts for subsequent licenses improving your bottom line.

  Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

  READ HERE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM phpmydirectory.com HI We purchased at phpmydirectory.com and payed over 404 doll for it we have been wating for nearly a week for Ben Johnson at phpMyDirectory Support to up load it as we paid for Professional Installation we have sent loads of emails to there so called support centre you will not get any support guys so take if from me do not part with any money as you will wait a life time for any think to happen if a tall we will keep you up to date how long it will take ben johnson to refund our money back waste of time trying to deal with company

  Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

  Bad cooperation and no response

  I was buying this script for a customer, and afterwards we bought and payed for several customizations. The communication went fine until we payed an amount of 1000$ for the customization part. After that we only got an answer at their "helpdesk" where they wanted a ticketnumber . They got this number sent, but after that we're not able to reach them in any ways. We have tried anything- both via email and helpdesk, but no response since the 23rd of May. We find it very unprofessional, and since we cant get any info from them about the timeline etc. we have today sent them an email where we would like to have the whole amount of 1099,- $ returned right away. After that expericence I would surely not recommend either the script and the people behind it. It's very close to fraud in our opinion!

We have spoken to this customer and have refunded their customization payment in -full-. Unfortunately the customization was very extensive and we were not able to complete it in the time period they required so we agreed to refund their payment.   Amazing Directory!

  I have used this directory 4 separate times now and it is definately the most versatile and powerful directory around. I am not a php expert so there was a bit of a learning period for me but I would not choose a different script. And I was actually suprised at how much it can be customized to fit the layout requirements of one particular website.

  Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
