Graphics Mill for .NET is an image processing .NET component library with rich imaging features, powerful WinForms and AJAX controls. Supports many file formats, imaging operations, color management, and lots of other features. Four add-ons are available: media processor, video processor, red-eye effect remover (manual and semiautomatic modes), personalized PSD graphics creator (parses raster and text layers and adds custom graphics and text).
