BADGER finance is an open source php-xampp-mysql-web-based personal financial management application. BADGER is programmed in php, stores data in mysql databases and uses AJAX for its professional user interface. It and comes with an easy to use installer for Windows. Badger is by default installed locally as a single-user single-logon application but can also be installed on a remote webserver. Badger is available in German and English.
