By default the module includes next five events: Abandoned Checkout, Order Status Changed, Customer Registration, Last Customer Activity, Customer Birthday. Each event contains one or several email templates to send follow up emails or email chains, if necessary. The appearance, sequence and schedule of the emails are also determined in the event sections. Email template Conditions allow to specify additional settings, which determine exact circumstances triggering email sending.
