They will tell their discovery for you by clicking price match button in your product page, filling a price match form then sending them to your admin. Now coming to admin turn, they need to confirm these information then whether they should approve the request or not. The new price can be updated automatically. Further more, the price match submitted will be announced to administrators or customers by email notifications.
