Manx Login
Manx Login is a login authorization app that is easy to add to your project. It stores the encrypted password in an xml file, stored outside of the public web folders. It is perfect for Content Management Systems or similar apps, run by a single user or small group. Manx always suggests to use https, not http, when using a login password, as http exposes the unencrypted password on the way to the server! Use a shared SSL Certificate if you are the only one using it or your own group. If the site is for the public, you should buy a private SSL with your company name and info.
