PHPSiteMapNG is the best sitemapper out there. Robust, yet flexible. Good instructions and intuitive interface. Three versions, beginner (stable), intermediate (Beta), advanced (1.6.1b).
So whatever your skill level, this script is fun for all. Nice job.

I've used this software now through 3 of its releases, the improvements being fantastic every time. A really useful nifty bit of software, although also very CPU intensive, but perfect for Google Sitemaps and crammed with features!
