As I don't have access to a MySQL database, the choice from PHP scripts for a blog have been somewhat limited. PPPBlog is a dream to install and has a bucket full of extras not found on other flatfile scripts including a choice of skins that are easy to customise. One or two little trivial items but they're mainly down to my lack of knowledge. I'd still rate this as 5 as it should suit new and experienced users.
