The customer service was very nice, they provided me the basic information about the software structure and than, a sales agent arranged a meeting on Skype to show me features of the software, in particular the admin panel. Last year I decided to buy the software and since then, I have been reaching an important role into Nigerian market. The company is serious and reliable, the IT staff developed some adjustments I had requested. It takes a bit of time, but they did a great job!
