Stivasoft support is lightening fast

I purchased the Stiva Blog script from Stivasoft and ended up having to contact their support team to assist me with the installation; that's not a reflection on the script by the way; I'm not very 'techy'.
Not only did Stivasoft team install it but they have since incorporated the blog script into my web pages. I have requested they install an additional 'custom ticket support center' to make my site as professional as any 'up market' site out there.
Stivasoft support is lightening fast; they say on their site that support is available 16 hours a day, I don't believe this its more like 24 hours....
I cannot fault Stivasoft service.... A very satisfied customer

This company is not the option for you unless you want to get the script back a bunch of times with errors. As mentioned their scripts simply don't work and you have to fix it yourself. This is based on my past experience and I have decided not to do business with them. It has been some years and the only way I will consider going back is if they have changed their ways. Also they spend a lot of time going around the internet trying to write pretty reviews to cover up the truth. I noticed they post these over the top reviews that are far from the truth. If you do business with them do so with caution and if they have improved tell me what changes they have made and I will consider doing business with them if they have better customer service and a better product.

I use Stiva Blog on my website. I hereby would like to recommend all StivaSoft scripts and services in terms of development and assistance, and indeed for the kindness of the Stivasoft team members.
I have never met such a high performing company such as Stivasoft. Impressive! I experienced little setup problems, which have been sorted out within the day. I get in touch with Stivasoft quite often and nothing is more comfortable to me than reaching within minutes. I sincerely and highly recommend PHPJabbers and StivaSoft. Great products, very competitive prices, top expertise, outstanding assistance.
Terrible, bad support and slow delivery verified

It has been a few days since I purchased the developer license and some addons,
I am still waiting for my addons.
I use Panic Coda to edit all my web files, but it cannot edit Stiva Blog's file because the entire blog will get corrupt.
THe forum of my webhosting doesnt know why this is, and the developers of Coda don't either.
When I contact Stiva Support they basically tell me "We are not responsible for you editing the script".
If you have any presale questions the support is ok, but once you purchased the script they don't take days to respond and 70% of the time respond with a preformatted reply.
I wasted my money on this script because it simply does not work. I recommend picking another script if I were you.
