Included in this file are a tiled background with a background picker, and one without. Both are resizable on the fly and work just like an html tiled background. It’s easy to modify the background. Your tiles can be vector, raster, animation, or even transparent. Just modify the clip in the library. No need to define the size in the actionscript. It will do that for you. Only 3kb with the picker and 1kb without.
