I bought this product several months ago after an impressive demo on the company's site. Everything was going fine and dandy until I started to discover certain modules of the software didn't work... missing template files is just one example, and things that didn't exist in the software, such as a returns management system, which is referenced on the default documented returns process. Now that's fine, noone's perfect, but any attempt to get Interspire to fix these things results in what must be their default response, that the software needs to be upgraded to get the latest bug fixes, at a minimum of US$147 a pop. It would seem they are unresponsive and unwilling to help customers who find faults with their software, unless they are paid for it. I once happily recommended this product, but I would now advise steering clear of this company.
