DoChatter - Now the best live chat solution

I tried Crafty Syntax, Stardevelop's Live Help Messenger and Jerrata DoChatter. At first, Crafty Syntax was good enough for my web site's necessity, but its poor interface and response speed forced me to look for a commercial solution. By reading several reviews on forum sites, I decided that Stardevelop could be the solution for WeSeekIt. I must admit that Live Help Messenger is a good live chat, but I and my operators weren't totally satisfied with its features. Among the several live chat scripts I found, DoChatter called my attention because of its ease of use and unique style. But DoChatter lacked some features my site really needed, like multiple departments, multiple operators, canned responses with HTML support, sound alerts when a user requests for a chat session... it was a pretty long list. But I really wanted that interface, ease of use and speed for my site, so I decided to contact Johnnie. Johnnie was amazing since the first email response I received from him. I told him that I wanted DoChatter for WeSeekIt, but that it lacked a lot of features I needed. I was really surprised when he told me that he would start working on those features on DoChatter. Like in around one month, DoChatter was already the perfect live chat script for my site. Live Help Messenger surely is an excellent live chat, but I now can say it's about 80% as good as DoChatter. DoChatter has superior canned responses supporting full HTML (and by full I mean FULL HTML). My operators can even embed YouTube videos in their responses so our visitors can watch them without leaving the conversation. Flash animations, images, links, stylized text, tables... geez, I and my operators are simply amazed with DoChatter's canned responses. "The Roster" is another DoChatter feature I love. To be honest, managing departments in Live Help Messenger was a hell. I simply had to ignore the departments in Live Help. Managing operators was good. In DoChatter, I would describe creating operators and departments as an easy, versatile and complete solution. You can create operator credentials and assign them a display name (not necessarily the same as your username, something that Live Help forces you to do) and then simply assign your operators to zero, one or MORE departments. I love "The Archive" too. You can sort all your guest history and chat history in so many ways that finding a chat transcript is very easy. Some other excellent features of DoChatter are: it sends you a sound alert when a visitor requests a chat session, a lot of user details are presented to you (such as time on site, the visited webpages, who is chatting with a user, its status and a lot more) and you can send customized chat invitations to your visiting users. Another GREAT thing about DoChatter is its low monthly fee ($9.99), which is the plan I'm currently on, or a yearly fee ($59.99) giving you a great discount. I'm simply amazed with Jerrata software and Johnnie's support. I highly recommend this script. From small traffic websites to huge traffic and popular websites, DoChatter will satisfy all your necessities. If you want to know more about my opinion about DoChatter, you can contact me anytime at amaury (at) weseekit (dot) com. If you want to see DoChatter in action, you can use my website's services at weseekit (dot) com or try it for free on your site for 10 days (you'd have to contact Johnnie for this). You can check more about DoChatter on Jerrata's website (you can use a demo of DoChatter in there too).
