Ad Management

Simple Ad is a simple ad management program written in Perl. It allows you to rotate ad banners, have advertiser's pay for impressions, and comes with detailed stats. It requires SSI.

This script will increment a counter file recording the hit, then return a hyperlinked image tag. This is especially useful for things like advertisements, especially if you have multiple rotating ads. This script can be expanded on fairly easily to read the gif file name and the corresponding URL from either a data file or an array. This cgi is designed to be used by a file using Server Side Includes (SSI).

This is a very small script that will rotate your LE banners so that the same LE HTML code does not get called on a page(s). It creates and inserts and random number in the section of the LE HTML code that defines what page you have the LE add on. Requires SSI.

WWWAdverts is a system for maintaining a set of random banner ads display on your site. Banners're displayed on your pages with SSI or PHP calls. Multiple "Options" can be established, allowing certain banners to appear only on certain pages (with Keywords) or with the visitor's language. WWWAdverts keeps track of exposures / clicks for each banner, as well as of the average total number of exposures / clicks. And you can allow a sponsor to see stats of his banners (use a password protect).

BanEx is a random image displayer that shows a random banner with a link. This CGI allows you to monitor who is clicking through a link or advertisement. Every time you go to the URL of the CGI, it will redirect you to the location specified in the $redirect variable and log your hit in the $logfile.
